AI has a profound impact on various fields, endowing individuals with seemingly superhuman abilities. However, this can lead to confusion among professionals who may question their present and future roles. It is important to recognize that AI is merely a tool that recycles existing information to generate new content. Therefore, this project aims to associate AI-generated content exclusively with the concept of recycling.
To achieve this, I am proposing a project that enlists PF artists to create designs using 100% recyclable materials. Utilizing Chat GPT and Midjurney, we will produce intelligent 3D designs that take recycling to the next level. The ultimate goal is to identify the questions we need to ask AI to solve recycling problems while promoting art.
To begin, I will provide five PF staff members with random objects such as chairs, tabletops, scrap boards, and other items. The chosen individuals will use Chat GPT, Midjurney, and a projector to complete their designs. The project will run from May to September, and the completed pieces will be exhibited as a potential solution to the recycling problem.
By selecting a diverse group of staff members and encouraging the use of recycled materials, we hope to inspire others to think creatively about recycling while harnessing the power of AI to generate innovative solutions.
